Do you want to request a return?

• send us an e-mail to info@michur.com and explain your request (please also state your order number).
• if the goods are damaged/broken, please attach photos of the defects so that we can check them.
• After checking and confirming the return, we will send you a return label, which you can simply print out.
• Then pack the selected product and stick the label on the packet.
